Vyacheslav and his wife live in the forest, 70 km. from Halatchakhl, on the river Unya, in the place of the former village of Berdysh, which existed 120 years ago. Under the USSR, Vyacheslav worked for 30 years as a forester in the territory between Berdysh and Halatchakhl. We were told about Vyacheslav by the Lyzlovs' relatives who live in Ukhta and Komsomolsk-on-Pechora and with whom we corresponded over the Internet in the winter. The most important information from them is that Vyacheslav knows the reason for the death of the Dyatlov group. It was impossible to miss such an opportunity and we decided on a long trip. Along the way, they planned to look for the fallen parts of the missiles to the west of Otorten and make radiation measurements. After searching for a hermit, we planned to go along the rivers by boat to the nearest settlement of Komi, where there is a road and you can go to civilization. После плодотворных поисковых работ с фондом Юрия Константиновича Кунцевича, где нашли много находок и приобрели много друзей, мы отправились на поиски отшельника Вячеслава, родственника погибшего егеря Григория Лызлова, кержака, который знал причину гибели туристов и рассказал её когда то давно одной из федеральных телекомпаний.
Вячеслав с женой живут в лесу, в 70 км. от Халатчахля, на реке Унья, в месте бывшей деревни Бердыш, которая существовала 120 лет назад. При СССР Вячеслав 30 лет проработал лесником на территории между Бёрдышем и Халатчахлем. Про Вячеслава нам рассказали родственники Лызловых, которые проживают в Ухте и Комсомольске-на-Печоре и с которыми мы переписывались зимой по интернету. Самая важная информация от них - это то, что Вячеслав знает причину гибели группы Дятлова. Такую возможность упускать было нельзя и мы решились на длительное путешествие. Попутно планировали поискать упавшие части ракет к западу от Отортена и сделать замеры радиации. После поиска отшельника, запланировали уйти по рекам на лодке до ближайшего населённого пункта Коми, где есть дорога и можно выехать в цивилизацию. Из-за аномально низкого уровня воды в это лето и практически полного отсутствия нормального течения, наше путешествие продлилось ещё 18 дней, но главная цель всё же была достигнута...
Забегая вперёд, скажу, что мы нашли отшельника Вячеслава и нам повезло.. - бывший лесник рассказал на видеокамеру причину гибели группы Дятлова. Версия необычайно правдоподобна.
