I found an article describing tragedy in the Caucasus in 1978, where tourists encountered ball lighting. Then there are mentioned other cases of meeting people with ball lighting.

Well done. I dont subscribe to the Ball Lightning Theory but some of this Forums Members have given it a lot of thought.  It does appear though that Ball Lightning is very different to the Balls of Light that many witnesses have described as having some Intelligent Controller.
