I can clearly see some of the breaks in the upper right ribs.  Seems they have them layed out a bit high from where they would actually be.

Yes and also in about the 10th rib on the right, there is a well-healed old deformity that resembles a cat's eye.
It may have been a bone infection, or the rib split by an old injury such as a spent bullet.
