Guarapiranga human mutilation case 1988 Brazil

In 1988, the mutilated body of a middle-aged man was found on the banks of an artificial lake in Brazil. Listed as one of the most disturbing deaths of a human being ever recorded, the question is who or what left the body on the reservoir.

It's been discussed on this site before. The injuries seem to fit classic cattle mutilation which imo are caused by some form of atmospheric electricity. It's relevance to the DPI is that it fits with Lyudmila's head injuries and the legend of the nine mansi hunters found "as if boiled alive".

Well of course we can not rule out some form of Electricity. But Atmospheric Electricity is requiring some scientific proof. And what is interesting is that many of the Animal Mutilations come with other Events attached aka UFO and Big Foot type creatures. And then to make matters even more bizarre some witnesses claim to have seen Animals just sucked up into the sky so to speak. And latter the bodies were found with Mutilations.
