Everyone and Teddy:
Unable to find where Which Committee thought Igor Dyatlov and the remaining of hikers were irresponsible for their actions during the fatal incident....but in case file 199-208, there is an okay for this expedition regarding Resolutions, Goal and Objectives and will copied and paste this sections "Descriptions of the Trek Area"
Description of the trek area:
The Urals in those places represent a series of parallel ridges with smoothed peaks, among which rise the highest points of Otorten (1182), Gumpkalay (1152), Chistop (1292), Oyko-Chakur (1279), Moleben (1296)
In winter and summer, a lot of precipitation falls (snow up to 1.5 - 2 m). Frosts reach -40 ° С. The rivers in the upper sources are streaming, not freezing. The Urals are teeming with swamps and burnt forests. The fauna is especially rich here. Proteins, sables, foxes, martens, hazel grouses, black grouses, lynxes, wolverines, moose and much much more.
Previously from the start, we talked about the "Flashlight"... when viewing Case File 199-208 scroll down to sheet 203 page 4 and click on 1 zhuchok .
I have snipped the image of the "University equipment" and it's a very different listing of what we have been viewing in the past.
