In the autopsies, Semyon's moustache is described as "The upper lip has the remnants of a light brown mustache" but Nicolai's eyebrows are described as "thick black eyebrows".

I'm glad you opened this topic; I saw the comment in the shoutbox and wasn't sure how to address it.

I'm curious to hear about this theory.  Where does it come from?  Why should these two guys be the same people?  On the face of it, without any background info, it seems utterly random and confusing.
