It's ball lightning = fire orb.

Its described as a green fireball. Its certainly a UFO. Other than that we can not say for certain.

Its NOT climbing....   If it were coming straight at you, would you say it was going straight up?    No, its was the angle in which it was traveling in relationship to the the camera.   Its a meteor, and they glow dif colors depending on what elements they are comprised of.
