Feb 13, 2019 - Oleg Arhipov traveled 300 km with a train from Tyumen to meet with Josh Gates

Oleg Arkhipov has accepted our invitation for a interview. When we gather enough intelligent questions me and Oleg Taymen will suggest a date to researcher and writer Oleg Arkhipov.
This is a joined effort of both forums, ours and Dyatlovpass1.ru
I believe this to be his personal site Arkhipovoleg.ru.

Josh examining Tempalov's memo

Oleg Nikolaevich Arkhipov, author of a monograph on forensic experts in the Dyatlov case, claims to have found a memo dating 15.II.1959 which testifies of the fact that Vladimir Ivanovich Korotaev, the first investigator of Dyatlov case was in cahoots with Vasiliy Ivanovich Tempalov, the Prosecutor in the criminal case to cover the fact that they knew of the death of the students (15.II.1959) before they were found (27.II.1959). In 1959, there was an accepted and routine procedure for forensic investigators. True or not?
If true, what is the order and sequence of an inquiry?
If an inquiry is done, how and where is data kept?
How many copies?
If a lab is used, what documentation exists showing the lab order, the lab location and lab results?
If there was a routine procedure in 1959, were there explicable deviations? Explain, please.
If there was a routine procedure in 1959, were there inexplicable deviations? What to they imply?
Who, if any, was lauded or discredited in this investigation?
We don't have to say everything that comes into our head.
