HI everybody
I found this story today . and also this forum. 
I have been hiking and sometimes using a tarp in winter and the bushcraft is one of my concerns as I live in the contryside.
Courtesy seems to be one the habits : enjoy really that purpose ! 
Not sure to be enough accurate but i will try to help if I can .

Thank you for the welcome .
What i enjoy really with the tarp is weight ( use to ride off road sometimes ) and the flexibility . But i am no so good really .
Yesterday and the last 4 days we had a nice hard rain around here : a tempest is crossing France . I would not be so able to use a tarp as a shelter this very night .
Could be dangerous to make a diamond close to  a tree ; the only way to stay low enough is this case . For me

this teame easy ; good pals, fire( 3 hours work) , no sleeping bag, 3 tarps together
