They had to be injured before they went to the ravine because they are all laying down..  They should have been sitting up parallel to the ravine. No one would lay down in the snow like that..You wouldnt want to risk falling asleep either..

They may not have been injured until they got to the Ravine. Or 2 of them, already injured, may have been deposited there. Who knows.

Yes its intriguing isnt it that some of the bodies are side by side. But not Dubinina.

The creek water caught Nicks jacket, puling it up over his head... The weight and current flipped him over onto his back.. pushing Luda off..

It's a mountainside studded with rocks and they apparently were ripping branches off trees, so yes, other injuries may have occurred before they fell onto the rocky creek, with crush injuries because some fell on others.  No mystery here.  If you want to understand all or at least most of the details, you probably need to reconstruct the incident, perhaps with crash test dummies.

ALL of Igors people had  cuts, scrapes, bruises and abrasions on their bodies.. from head to toe..

NONE of the ravine people had any of these injuries.

Because the "ravine people" were the first to die quickly. The others tried to dig them out and froze a few hours later.

People often get abrasions and bruises during many hours of freezing:

Interesting. Are you suggesting that originally they were all side by side  ! ?

I think that's a recent photo of where the ravine 4 were found. It would not always look the same year on year.

But the thought process is that the snow would have collected in a similar way. Maybe connecting from one side to the other, maybe more snow on top. The snow fall will be different every year.

But the theory is that they modified that natural space. The snow collapsed on them. Injuries occur and the snow is too hard to dig out . More snow fills the space for  over 3 weeks until the searchers arrive on the 26th of February. The searchers don't find anything there till may with a pole.

I think it jis ust to show where the bodies were found relative to the landscape in the photo. It is believed to be the actual location. I think it helps to visualise the same as your modified pictures?

Well, the fact remains that there are 2 locations... One with lethal injuries and  one  without..There is a reason for that

True, it might be better if it was dated. It probably was if it was pulled from another forum.

I would guess it would be a similar conversation to this thread. Where were the ravine 4 found and what did it look like.
